TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Responsibilities Zapotec Tours/Zapotel Inc. (also known as the Oaxaca Hotel Group and herein referred to as Agent) will make arrangements with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators and other independent suppliers to provide you with services for the Taste of Oaxaca special event in Oaxaca, Mexico. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made. However, the Agent accepts no liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers, over whom we have no direct control. Please understand also that we cannot control such factors as government actions, weather, mechanical breakdowns, pilferage, labor disputes, quarantining, medical problems, your physical or medical disabilities, failure to obtain valid travel documents or failure to follow travel instructions. The Agent is not responsible for losses or damages arising from physical or emotional injury or the economic damage caused by such factors beyond our control. Zapotec Tours/Zapotel Inc. acts solely as agent in making such arrangements and does not assume any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, death, accident or delay to person or property due to an act of negligence or default of any hotel, air carrier, ground transportation, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services arranged for or by any 'act of God'. No responsibility is accepted for any additional expense, omissions, delays or rerouting due to acts of any government or authority. Unless specified, airport departure taxes, airline security charges; wines, liquors, meals; sight-seeing and excursions; portage at airport and hotels; tips to local representatives, sight-seeing guides, restaurant employees, hotel bellboy and chambermaids; passport and visa fees; laundry, telephone calls, other items and services of a personal nature are not included in the price quoted by Zapotec Tours/Zapotel Inc.

 OCTOBER TRIP: October 8- 13, 2007 [SOLD OUT]

PAYMENTS:
• 25% deposit of the Basic Package price is required to confirm the reservation.
• Final payment must be received on or before Friday, August 24, 2007 (45 days prior to arrival).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
• Reservation payment is fully refundable (less $25.00 processing fee per reservation being cancelled) if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or before Tuesday, July 10, 2007 (90 days prior to arrival).
• 50% of the Deposit Amount received is refundable if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or before Thursday, August 23, 2007.
• The reservation payment is Totally Non-refundable if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or after Friday, August 24, 2007. Late payments may be treated as a cancellation.

 DECEMBER TRIP: December 3- 8, 2007

PAYMENTS:
• 25% deposit of the Basic Package price is required to confirm the reservation.
• Final payment must be received on or before Friday, October 19, 2007 (45 days prior to arrival).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
• Reservation payment is fully refundable (less $25.00 processing fee per reservation being cancelled) if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or before Tuesday, September 4, 2007 (90 days prior to arrival).
• 50% of the Deposit Amount received is refundable if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or before Thursday, October 18, 2007.
• The reservation payment is Totally Non-refundable if cancellation is made in writing and received in our office on or after Friday, October 19, 2007. Late payments may be treated as a cancellation.
